Words with initial capitalization have specific meanings as defined below. These definitions apply regardless of their grammatical form.

- Goods encompass items available for purchase on our platform.
- Orders signify requests made by you to acquire Goods from Us.
- Service pertains to our online platform.
- You denotes individuals accessing or using our Service, or the entity on whose behalf such individuals act.


At DONIKA LOCI, our commitment to excellence is reflected in the meticulous care we take to ensure that each piece is perfectly tailored to your unique specifications.

Our Process:
- Tailored Perfection: We collaborate closely with our clients to gather precise measurements, down to the last centimeter. This ensures a flawless fit that is uniquely yours.
- Final Approval: Before shipping, we provide comprehensive photos and videos of the finished product. This allows you to review and approve the piece, ensuring it meets your expectations.



Refund Policy
We are confident in the quality and fit of our products, but we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a refund is requested:

- Dresses: Refunds for dresses are only available within 24 hours of receiving your item. After this period, all sales are final.
- Corsets: Due to hygiene considerations, we do not offer refunds or returns on corsets. No exceptions to this rule. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all our clients.


International Returns
- International Orders: All international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.



Refunds
You can request a refund within 24 hours of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be:
- In its original condition: Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that any taxes and expenses paid at customs (e.g., customs duty, value-added tax, excise, and compensatory taxes) are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the refund.

Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at info@donikaloci.com.



Exchanges
If you prefer a different size, color, or style, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your item. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned in its original condition.



Returnable Items
- Ready-to-Wear Dresses: Items that are produced without any custom client requests.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns. Please contact us at info@donikaloci.com if you have any questions about specific products.


Steps for Returning an Item (Only for Ready-to-Wear Products)
1. Initiate a Return Request: Write to us at info@donikaloci.com to request a return. Please provide your reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Label: Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Package Your Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
4. Ship the Item: Use the return label provided to send the item back to us.
- Return Shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping for Ready-to-Wear items. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
5. Confirmation and Refund/Exchange: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you and proceed with the refund, exchange, or store credit as requested.



Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.
